The Cayman Islands Rugby Football Union has its own pitch and clubhouse on South Sound Road.
There are leagues for veterans, men, women and junior rugby players. Most games are played on the weekends between September and June. Men’s and women’s training sessions are held twice a week, with a full-time coach available to coordinate and coach players/teams.
