Youth Groups provide teens with education, training and valuable experience. Many churches on Island will host youth groups on Friday evenings. They are also a great way to meet new people and make new friends.
The YMCA Teen Leaders’ Club provides teens with leadership training and experience through a selection of projects. The Y’s Counsellors-in-Training programme is offered for kids aged 13-17 years and runs during school breaks. Teens learn core values, make lifelong friends, have fun and gain valuable leadership skills. The programme is free for participants and requires an application and interview process. Call (345) 929 1850 or visit www.ymcacayman.ky for more information.
